The delegation of E.O.A.E.N. met at the University of Piraeus with the Rector, Professor Angelos Kotios, regarding the assistance of the University through its extensive scientific training in the actions of the Chamber Group for the Development of Greek Islands (E.O.A.E.N.) on the fronts of tourism and shipping.

The collaboration is expected to deepen the connection of the University with the labor market and lay the foundations for the strengthening of start-up entrepreneurship

The Rector of the University of Piraeus, Professor Michael Sfakianakis and the President of the ECG, Konstantinos Kollias, in the presence of the General Secretary of the ECG, Konstantinos Papadimitriou, signed the relevant memorandum, for two years, expecting that this cooperation can lead to mutually beneficial results for both agencies.

On October 18, 2022, the Rector of the University of Piraeus, Professor Angelos Kotios and the President of the Board of Directors of CSR HELLAS and Vice-President of CSR Europe, Maria Alexiou signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.

On Tuesday, July 26, a Cooperation Protocol was signed between the University of Piraeus and the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels (HCH)

The University of Piraeus and WIMA signed a Cooperation Protocol, with the main goal of strengthening and supporting the innovative development of entrepreneurship in the field of the Βlue Εconomy. The Cooperation Protocol was signed by the Rector of Unipi, Professor Angelos Kotios, and the President of WIMA, Mr. Elias Hatziefraimidis.

On Wednesday, February 8, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the University of Piraeus, and the Department of Tourism Studies of the School of Economics, Business and International Studies, and the Association of Greek Tourist and Travel Agencies (HATTA) as well as the Federation of Hellenic Associations of Travel and Tourism Agencies (Fedhatta).

The Department of Statistics & Insurance Science of the University of Piraeus and the Hellenic Association of Insurance Companies inaugurated the beginning of their cooperation in areas of common interest with the signing of a 5-year memorandum.
