how these drastic changes affect the field of education with an emphasis on the field of higher education (A futuristically university).
Technological changes are transforming the business landscape, revolutionizing the way businesses are managed, regardless of their size. Change is exponential, both in speed and scope, and these transformations are broader, dramatically impacting the education space as well. Future-ready organizations are being structured in ways that make them more dynamic, more flexible, more adaptable, and are now designed and developed around people and activities with a different organizational structure and a human focus.
This future also requires the right scientists, so higher education institutions must abandon the current model, which focuses on the acquisition of knowledge in a specific context and time, towards a flexible scheme, which emphasizes the future development of diverse and multiple skills of graduates. Higher education institutions internationally will mainly be organized around one key objective: to enable the development of graduates' future skills, i.e. solving complex problems, dealing with uncertainty or developing a sense of responsibility, and will provide complex degrees from various departments.
Digital Transformation, Education 4.0, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Virtual and Augmented Reality (VAR), robotics, 3D-printing (3DP), AI chatbots, virtual environments, Digital Twins, are technologies that have now an serious presence in all our daily lives. The use of these technologies leads the change in educational institutions, businesses, but primarily in each of us with balances that are sought, so as to structure a better future for all of us.
