The “Laboratory of Corporate Finance and Markets” (LCFM) of the Department of Banking and Financial Management of the University of Piraeus was awarded ISO 9001 Certificates by NBIS.

The “Laboratory of Corporate Finance and Markets” (LCFM) https://bankfin.unipi.gr/lcfm/) aims to conduct applied innovative research with faculty members of academic institutions in the field of Corporate Finance and Financial Markets under the contemporary perspective of the concepts of Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability (CSR/ESG). As well, as to improve the education provided at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in the relevant subjects. At the same time, it seeks to disseminate this knowledge to the investment and business community through collaborations with companies in the Private and Public Sectors.
These ISO 9001 Certificates contribute to the further international recognition of the Department and the University of Piraeus.
NBIS, accredited by the National Accreditation System (ESYD) and a purely Greek Company, as a Certification Body issues Certificates that are distinguished for their validity and reliability in accordance with international and national standards.
