The organization of this year's Thessaloniki International Exhibition focuses on the modern challenges for the country and the critical sectors of the economy, emphasizing new technological means, innovation and sustainable development, with the Federal Republic of Germany as the honoured country.
The University of Piraeus participates for the first time in the International Exhibition of Thessaloniki, in the Akademia section, which this year is thematically expanded and dedicated to the fields of Research, Innovation and Technology.
The purpose of his participation is the promotion of the achievements of our University with an emphasis on the aforementioned thematic fields, projects, activities and programs of our research laboratories. Our undergraduate departments, the multiple options in modern Master's Programs, both in Greek and English, some of which are unique in Greece, such as the MBA in Sustainability Powered by Piraeus. Of the actions pertaining to social responsibility, our volunteering program and community projects and our strategic planning for the 2024-2025 academic period.
In addition, throughout the Exhibition, we will present our graduate programs; start-up companies that originated in our university, academic thematic units and research labs, e.g. shipping and our already implemented accessibility applications.
