In an open event with the theme "Enter - Empower NEETs for social entrepreEneuRship", the vision, goals, mission and achievements of the Enter European Program, which supports the access of young people (NEETS) to work and other social rights, against poverty, violence and exclusion experienced by young people, especially in disadvantaged neighborhoods.

The social phenomenon of young people called NEETS - No employment, Education, Training - Youth without work - education - training) is primarily a result of the global economic crisis and forms a social group that experiences poverty, lack of opportunities, decrease in motivation or ambitions.
Greece, during the crisis period, had the highest rate of NEETS, followed by Italy. The difference, compared to other countries, is that in Greece the highest percentage of NEETS hold university degrees, which explains, in part, the migration of skilled young people.

The European Enter Program brought together a large number of partners, organizations and local communities and, using digital technologies, created accessible, educational material that was translated into five languages (English, Italian, Greek, Spanish, Bulgarian) and into international languages. This material was used in a series of seminars attended by more than 75 people from Greece, Italy, Spain and Bulgaria. The specific actions aim to promote youth entrepreneurship among young people, without discrimination.

The Enter program was presented by the Rector of the University of Piraeus, Professor Michael Sfakianakis, who stated that it came to cover the need to activate the Young People without work - education - training (NEETs), in a common vision of overall regeneration and reconstruction, offering opportunities aimed at creating conditions to increase their employability.
Different people, from different states, different cultures and backgrounds, worked together harmoniously in a common vision of activating a social group that experiences poverty, lack of opportunities, reduced motivation or ambition. Digital technology has contributed decisively to the success of the project, as it has created capable conditions for training, dissemination of knowledge, increased participation worldwide and easy access to the produced educational material
