The University of Piraeus is pleased to announce that Vassilios Naoum, Associate Professor of the Department of Maritime Studies, was awarded the Annual Research Award by the CFA Society (Chartered Financial Analysts) for the scientific article "Does ESG Reputational Risk Affect the Efficiency and Speed of Adjustment of Corporate Investment?"
This award is bestowed to scientists in the fields of Economic and Financial Sciences for the best scientific empirical research that significantly contributes to the fields of economics, finance, and accounting.
The evaluations are conducted anonymously by a professionals and academics committee and the evaluation criteria include, the scientific validity of the research article, the adequacy of the argumentation and evidence, and the contribution of the research findings to professionals in the field.
